RETURNS

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all prints for the first 365 days after your purchase. We will refund your cost with no questions asked and you do not have to return the artwork to us. This rule does not apply to original works or commissions.

PAYMENT

Payment is expected at the time of sale. You can use any major credit card, Apple Pay, or PayPal. Sales tax of 6% will be charged to Michigan residents. If you desire an alternative method of payment - Venmo, etc. - please email us to inquire.

SHIPPING

Shipping is always free (within the U.S.)! We use USPS for all orders when possible.

The artwork is packaged with as little waste as possible and often with recycled materials (re-used boxes may be “ugly",” but they are better for the planet!). Rest assured that every effort will be made to thwart any letter carrier that might want to bend your piece (in other words, we’ll made sure it’s stiff & sturdy before sending it your way!).

Except for commissioned artwork, all orders are shipped 10 business days after receipt of payment (on that following Monday). At that time, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your package so keep an eye out for that. 

Currently, we are only shipping to the U.S. - if you are an international collector, please drop us an email so we may discuss getting your art to you.

REPRODUCTION

All reproduction rights are retained by Megan Foldenauer. Copying and selling/distribution of their original artwork/designs without authorization is prohibited by copyright law.

You may share images of your purchase on social media but please remember to tag meganfoldenauer (IG) or meganlovestodraw (FB)!

ADDITIONAL INFO

Please note that all screens are calibrated differently. While we work diligently to accurately represent the colors of each piece, it may differ slightly in person. Feedback over the years, in fact, is that pieces are MORE detailed in person than online, for what that’s worth.
