Not One, But TWO, Podcasts are Coming!

Happy late summer, everyone! This has always been a time of shifting focus for me (getting four degrees will do that to a person) and this year is no different. In fact, it might be an even greater moment of change as I push play on something I’ve wanted to do for a LONG time (no really, check out the image below from 2007!) - a podcast!! Yes!

I just found this the other day and I could NOT believe it! 14 years ago!

You might have noticed the title of this blog post - TWO podcasts. Let me explain! First, I started work on my podcast dedicated to all things tiny - art, science, everyday objects, ideas, moments - small things that have big impact. It’s called INsignificance (get it?) and the trailer is live on Apple & Spotify!

I still love this idea and it WILL go forward with episodes debuting on Oct. 1, 2021. Expect the format to be on the shorter side, maybe 30 mins, airing weekly on Fridays.

That brings me to my very exciting announcement! The SECOND podcast - I Draw Dead People - about the science of art & the art of science. That’s right, after nearly 20 years as a medical/scientific artist (and a lifelong enthusiast of all things related to it) I’m ready to give you a seat at my drawing table and spill everything I know. ALSO, I’m hoping to interview fascinating folks in this fascinating world that I call home. You’re gonna LOVE it!

As of today, the trailer is now live on Apple & Spotify! Consider giving a rating and following so I can get this labor of love in front of even more like-minded folks!
